These Terms of Service govern your use of taswiiq.com, a business directory and marketplace for Lebanon operated by TASWIIQ. By using the site or submitting a listing you agree to these terms.
Use of the platform
TASWIIQ lets businesses publish listings and lets visitors search for shops, companies, services and products by activity and area. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to post misleading, illegal or infringing content.
Business listings
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
- Listings are reviewed before publication and may be edited or removed if they breach these terms.
- You confirm you are authorized to represent the business you list.
Marketplace
Marketplace features are being rolled out in stages. Some features may be in preparation or beta and may change.
Intellectual property
Content you submit remains yours, but you grant TASWIIQ a licence to display it on the platform. The TASWIIQ name, design and software remain our property.
Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. TASWIIQ is not a party to any transaction between businesses and customers and is not liable for dealings between them.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
